We are a local and community-focused construction and development company. We have over two decades specializing in creating public spaces that genuinely serve multicultural communities throughout Colorado. What makes our work unique? We measure success not just by technical specifications, but by community joy.

Our design process begins with deep listening. We consider how field orientation captures natural light throughout the seasons, how rest zones can accommodate multigenerational gatherings. What cultural elements would you like to see reflected in this space? How can the facility best serve the specific needs of Adams 14 families? These conversations form the foundation of truly community-centered design.

Miguel is a first generation Venezuelan-American with over 20 years experience in Media, Communications and Multi-Cultural Marketing. He considers himself a charismatic problem solver, and takes pride in tackling problems with a veteran mentality.

Daniel is a first generation Cuban-American and Colorado native with over 20 years of customer service experience. He considers himself a life-long learner and is passionate at coaching and developing individuals into high-performing leaders.
